The national association of Montbeliarde breeders : as such, the OS represents their interests within national and international organizations (Races de France and the European Pie-Rouge Federation), develops specific services and animates the breed’s life.
A source for references: at the same time as the management of the herd-book, the Montbeliarde Association carries out researches and broadcasts data in order to advise farmers and to promote the breed.
